Process

 
The equipment refuses to start if the bin is not locked properly. The parameters are programmed and the bin always stops in perfect vertical position. After stopping it can be lowered hydraulically and emptied. A printer port is provided to give the records of the process just completed.

Mechanical Sifters

Mechanical Sifter is a highly dependable equipment having multi-deck facility to segregate upto three different sizes of granules according to process requirements by selecting the desire porosity of mesh net.

The design of primary and secondary sieves ensures that fine sieves are fully supported by primary and secondary sieves; as a result fine sieves have an exceptionally long life. The Design in addition to cutting down on cost offers reduction in the number and length of stoppages in the production process.
